ESPN announcer Ron Franklin was fired by the network on Tuesday after making made a derogatory remark to sideline reporter Jeanne Edwards in a meeting before the Fiesta Bowl. Franklin had been pulled from the game’s coverage after the incident.

He’s probably just saying what a lot of men are thinking. That said , if he’s dumb enough to say it, who knows what else he might come out with that could get them sued to kingdom come.
