Where can I max out my car (go really fast) in Georgia, Im thinking like a private track or strip or something?

I don’t have a sports car or a special type of car. I have a normal street legal car, a Honda Civic, and I want to find somewhere where I can test it out and go really fast. Does anybody know of any empty highways or places you can pay to use to drive on?
