which college should i apply to?

i have a 2.5GPA
i got a 1570 on the SAT
580-math
500-reading
490-writing
I got a 24 on the ACT and i live in Georgia, however i do not want to attend college in Georgia. Money and scholarships are not a problem. Any suggestions?
id like to major in history, psychology or sports medicine.

Most college require that you have at least a 3.0 to apply. I suggest looking into a good community college with high transfer rates.
