Can anyone help me with sports journalism?

Hi guys I’m writing a dissertation about English and Italian sports journalism. In the last paragraph I am analysing the way Italian and English websites described the respective national football teams’ failure at the World Cup 2010. I chose 4 articles (2 from italian websites and 2 from British websites) but if the analysis of the Italian websites seems quite easy to me (I’m italian and I read sport websites and newspapers almost every day), the analysis of the British ones doesn’t seem to be so ! So if anybody could help me in doing such analysis I’d be really grateful. I’d need even just some tips about English way of writing about sport, given that I googled so hard but I didn’t find anything really useful.
